We give you a price before work starts. A quote described as free is free. Visit fees and after hours charges, if any, are explained before you agree to work. Quote validity and payment terms are written on your quote.

Work and warranty

We repair and install systems and stand behind our work. The labour warranty is stated on your quote or invoice. Equipment carries the manufacturer warranty.

No guarantee of availability or results

We cannot guarantee a visit at a particular time or that a repair will succeed. Information on this site is general guidance and does not replace a technician’s inspection. For gas leaks, smoke or a medical emergency, call 911.

Website information and your rights

We work to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise it is free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Texas or federal consumer law.
